How to Submit
It's pretty simple. Just be sure to follow these guidelines or we'll send you back a massive and ungrateful NO. We have four golden rules.

1. Firstly, as we are so committed to the world of virtual reality, we only accept email submissions. Perhaps when we get some issues into print that will change, but at the moment we are pretty hard line about that one. All work can be emailed to [email protected], regardless of the content. This is our main contact address, so if you have anything else you need to talk about, you can reach us here.

2. You must have the word "Submission" in the title of your email, and "Submission" alone or it will probably get overlooked. Our inbox is already a little full and with the wonderful options afforded to us by our lord and saviour Mr. Google, most of this stuff gets read in filters.

3. You must include the piece/s you're submitting in the text of the email. This isn't us being weird wordo Nazis, its merely because with four editors reading your work, the chances are attachments will fail from time to time or someone won't have Works (who are these people?), yada yada, and once again, unfortunately, your submission will get overlooked. You can (and we encourage you to!) submit it as an attachement as well as in the body of the email. This is a great thing to do if you have a piece that for whatever reason is format heavy, as poetry tends to be, so if and when we print it, it will look just as you wanted it to.

4. Now for word counts. We're pretty open minded, but we're also busy students and... OK, I know that doesn't fly. But we do have other things to do, so we are going to put a few caps on the length:

If you are submitting  poetry , please do not send more than 3 for any one issue. These poems can be of any length, but think more Garcia Lorca than Lord Byron.

For  fiction  nothing is too short. A beautiful line is a beautiful line and a beautiful line is a beautiful line. There is such a thing as too long, however, but anything under 4000 words is acceptable for short-fiction. We're looking for some really good short, short fiction for our first couple of issues, though, so explore your ability to say a lot in a short space of time. Please only submit 1 story of substantial length (we consider anything over 1500 to be "substantial") at a time. For smaller submissions you can submit up to 3.

We are also open to  non-fiction submissions in whatever form they tend to take and for those the word counts are also 4000 max. With regards to medium, I'd like to stress that we really are open, and this goes specifically for non-fiction. Press us, do something insane. Please. We're gagging for it.

Et voila! It's as easy as that. If we accept your piece we will let you know as soon as we do, but in general response usually takes up to two weeks because we have a lot to get through. We will then ask you for some bio details and let you know when you'll see yourself in print.
